My internet dropped during a diploma assessment - what do I do?
Don't panic - your answers are saved automatically as you go. Log back in as quickly as possible and continue from where you left off.
Your answers are saved automatically as you progress through the assessment. If your internet drops, log back in to the course platform as quickly as possible and continue from where you left off. The timer will have continued running while you were disconnected.
Steps to take
- Reconnect to the internet as quickly as possible
- Log back in to the course platform
- Navigate back to your assessment - your saved answers will be there
- Continue and submit before the timer runs out
