What happens if I do not pass a Professional Certificate assessment?
If your overall average is below 50% you will not receive your certificate. Resits are not available - contact Learning Support if you have extenuating circumstances.
If your overall average score across both assessments is below 50%, you will not be awarded your certificate. Resits are not available for Professional Certificate courses.
If extenuating circumstances - such as serious illness or bereavement - affected your ability to complete your assessments, please contact our Learning Support team as soon as possible. Each situation is reviewed individually and we will advise you on the options available.
